Healthcare doesn’t need yet another AI company. It needs a reset.

At CarePilot, our work has centered on one idea: clinicians should be free to practice medicine. Not manage inboxes. Not click through forms. Not fight the system meant to support them.

Today, we’re introducing our new brand identity. It’s a visual refresh that represents something bigger than a new logo and some colors. It’s a renewed commitment to clarity, purpose, and human connection in healthcare.

We continuously hear the same frustration from our members: somewhere between the EMR screens, lab queues, and endless admin tasks, medicine got buried. This rebrand marks a line in the sand and is a promise that every piece of technology we build will work for clinicians, not the other way around.

Along with our new look, we’re introducing two new products that bring this vision to life:

  • OrderAssist — we’re streamlining prescription management so doctors can spend less time filling in fields and more time seeing patients.
  • InboxAssist — launching in partnership with Affineon, we’re helping practices achieve what once felt impossible: inbox zero.
